REFUND POLICY

All approved refunds at Sticker Oasis are processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

At Sticker Oasis, we take pride in carefully crafting and preparing every order. Because our products are made to order, customized, and hygiene-sensitive, we do not accept returns for any reason, including change of mind, incorrect selection, or preference changes. All sales made through our website are final. However, we understand that certain rare situations may require support, and in such cases, we do offer refunds or replacements under specific conditions.

You may be eligible for a refund if your parcel is not delivered. Orders shipped through India Post, DTDC, or Shiprocket that are officially marked as lost, undelivered, or not traceable by the courier qualify for a full refund of the order value. We also offer refunds or replacements for damaged products. If your stickers arrive bent, torn, water-damaged, or otherwise defective, you may request a refund or a free replacement by providing clear photo or video proof of the damage within 48 hours of delivery. Similarly, if you receive a wrong item or incorrect design, we will provide either a refund or a free replacement, with no return required.

If a duplicate payment occurs during checkout, the extra amount paid will be refunded in full. In cases where the buyer does not pick up the parcel, or the order is returned to us due to incomplete or incorrect address details, repeated delivery failures, or refusal to accept the package, you may request a refund of the product cost only. Shipping fees are non-refundable in such situations.

To request a refund, you must contact us at stickeroasisstore@gmail.com and provide your order number, full name, a description of the issue, and photo or video evidence when applicable. Once we receive your request, we will review the details and respond within one to two business days. If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within three to seven business days through the original payment method whenever possible. Processing timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Certain situations are not eligible for a refund. These include customer dislike or change of mind, incorrect design or size selection by the buyer, minor color differences caused by screen display variations, delayed deliveries caused by courier delays unless the parcel is officially marked lost, or custom sticker uploads that were incorrect or low quality due to buyer error. Additionally, if the courier returns your package to us because it was not collected or the provided address was incorrect, only the product value will be refunded, and the shipping fee will not be included.
