Once your order is placed, it is moved into our production pipeline where it undergoes careful printing, quality checks, and packaging. Our order processing time is typically between 1 to 3 business days, during which we prepare your products with precision and make sure every item meets our quality standards. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next working day.

We currently ship exclusively within India, offering reliable delivery across all major cities, towns, and serviceable regions. Once your order has been processed, it is handed over to our trusted courier partners, which may include Shiprocket, India Post, DTDC, and affiliated delivery services depending on your location and the best available route. These partners help us ensure secure and efficient delivery of your products.

After dispatch, the average delivery timeframe is between 5 to 10 days, although this may vary based on the destination address, courier workload, weather conditions, seasonal demand, and operational delays beyond our control. Remote or rural locations may occasionally experience extended timelines. All orders are shipped using standard shipping, and we currently do not offer express or expedited shipping options. The shipping fee is calculated automatically at checkout, ensuring complete transparency before you place your order. The final shipping cost may vary depending on your pincode, courier availability, and the weight of your parcel.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number, which you can use to follow your parcel’s progress throughout the delivery journey. Tracking details will be shared via email or SMS, and updates will appear as soon as they are registered by the courier. In some cases, tracking information may take a few hours to reflect after dispatch.

While we work closely with our courier partners to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays can occur due to factors such as high shipment volume, adverse weather conditions, operational backlogs, strikes, or disruptions in certain regions.
